Includes; title deeds for areas of Deansgate and Kirkmanshulme, an Abstract book of leases, 1672-1869, and a Boundaries Book for Chapter Estates in Newton, Kirkmanshulme and Rusholme from circa 1760 , containing plans in pen and ink with descriptions giving the name of a plot or field, with statute and Lancashire measures of acres, roods and perches.
